Cross platform comparison

The following archived (CrossPlatform.zip) file contains the data used in the following study comparing three different microarray platforms:

Affourtit J, Daigle S, Viale A, Johnson K, Naggert J, Churchill G. (2004) A comparison of cDNA, oligonucleotide, and affymetrix GeneChip gene expression microarray platforms. J Biomol Tech. 15(4):276-84

The three platforms are:

• Affymetrix GeneChip 430A and 430B
• Compugen two-color spotted microarrays
• NIA two-color spotted microarrays
