Tumor arrays

Here are six experiments for tumor study from different sources. They are:

  • UNC 9 tumor study
  • DHEA effect on ovary tumor
  • Lactating effect on mammary tumor
  • MMTV induced tumor
  • RNA calibration
  • UNC 4 tumors study
For each data set, we have several files:
  • readme - A simple description of the experiment
  • pmt.txt - Pmt data in text format
  • Design.txt - Description of experimental design
  • SpotLocation.txt - The spot locatoin in text format
  • script.m - Matlab script used to analyze the data (there is no script for UNC 4-tumor study)
Click here to download the data sets. You can try the script and generate some plots yourself. Note that there might be some functions used in the script are not included in the standard release of MAANOVA software. We will update the software very soon.
