J/maanova software development status

Version 1.0b, 7/15/2005

The following changes were made:

1. Now J/maanova will launch Rserve automatically so that users don't need to start Rserve manually anymore. But that requires Rserve in system PATH.

2. Add an item under File menu to read Affymetrix data from Cell files and do RMA or GCRMA. Several packages in BioConductor (affy, gcrma) are needed for that feature.

3. Misc changes for bug fixes.
