Our team collaborates with other researchers around the world to provide mouse models to study specific human illnesses and physiological mechanisms, including many rare diseases. We welcome donations of strains.
We also have select collections of models based on disease areas, funded by private and public sources.

Several of our collections are the result of collaborations with foundations such as the Michael J. Fox Foundation, the Tow Foundation, the Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance,the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Association, The SMA Foundation and the ALS Therapy Alliance, among others.
