JAX Colony Management System
The Jackson Laboratory's Colony Management System (JAX-CMS) is a multi-user relational database management system for managing animal colonies in a research environment. JAX-CMS is available with documentation to the academic scientific research community at no charge.
Gene Expression Analysis
These tools enable Jackson staff to carry out large-scale gene expression analyses. Additional funding from the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) ensures that NHLBI funded researchers and their collaborators have access to state of the art gene expression technology.
